Junior Business Analyst
Akkodis is seeking a Junior Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA(Remote). This role requires strong process‑analysis skills while supporting requirement gathering and driving process improvement through workshops and documentation.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Junior Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
Support process analysis, gap assessment, and future‑state design sessions to help customers optimize their workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Assist in gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
Contribute to customer workshops, helping guide clients toward configuration‑based solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Support testing activities by reviewing functional outputs, coordinating UAT, and ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations.
Prepare process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer-facing materials that support delivery and adoption.
Collaborate with technical teams and engagement managers to ensure smooth implementation, issue resolution, and consistent project progress.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in business analysis, process consulting, or supporting ServiceNow implementations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM) with the ability to support configuration‑first process design.
Experience assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, and testing activities in customer‑facing engagements.
