The Department of State Hospitals - Napa Financial Services Department has a permanent full-time vacancy for an Accounting Officer (Supervisor) position.

The Accounting Officer (Supervisor) position is in Financial Services – Trust Office and will be directed by the Staff Services Manager I at the Department of State Hospitals – Napa (NSH). The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

• Ability to review, analyze, and approve the work of staff.

• Accurately process patient related transactions.

• Ability to analyze reports and recognize discrepancies.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of tracking databases related to admissions and discharges.

• Basic proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook email.
