Customer Service in Accounts Receivable

This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, primarily focusing on billing and Accounts Receivable support.

Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via phone and email about payment statuses.
- Prepare daily deposits.
- Assist customers with billing questions.
- Create weekly aging reports for executive review.
- Review open accounts and determine the next collection steps.
- Generate and send payment reminders.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screening and background check.
- Team player with a willingness to help out where needed.
