The Machine Learning team at Poshmark is a central part of our organization, focused on building a world-class machine learning platform to derive value from data for our users and customers. Our mission is to democratize data science and machine learning, support our growing business, and leverage machine learning to enhance various functions such as search, personalization, fraud detection, and catalog digitization.

The Machine Learning Engineering team is seeking an experienced machine learning engineer responsible for deploying models with diverse requirements into production environments.

Responsibilities

1. Build tools and infrastructure to democratize ML.
2. Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to productionize ML models.
3. Maintain and evolve existing platforms with new technologies and architectures.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant software engineering experience with data-intensive applications.
• Strong understanding of data science concepts and the machine learning lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Spark, SQL, and backend API development.
• Openness to adopting new technologies as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $180,000 - $200,000/year.
