The Telemetry Unit Clinical Nurse Coordinator will guide daily operations on a progressive care/step-down unit, optimize staffing and throughput, mentor new and experienced nurses, drive competency validation and EKG/arrhythmia proficiency, lead performance improvement in falls prevention and readmission reduction, advance patient experience initiatives, and sustain readiness for rapid response events—all with strong administrative backing and robust data analytics support.
