Recruiting for a Talent Enablement & Organizational Development Lead , to serve as a key leader across multiple locations across California and Denver. This position is hybrid, and based in Century City, Los Angeles.
Direct Hire Opportunity! Hybrid Role (3 days in office) Travel required.
Purpose-built, an oncology-specific role to design and operate retention architecture and career development infrastructure that supports network growth and site performance. Owns physician/advanced clinician retention strategy of Network Physician Leads (NPLs), builds a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Academy and competency pathways, and partners with internal HR and leadership team to embed onboarding and talent programs
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Create job levels for NPLs and clinical staff.
- Define what it takes to move up (skills, performance, experience).
- Map out long-term career paths so employees see a future with the company.
- Suggest bonus plans tied to site performance (like growth or results).
- Recommend “equity-style” rewards (incentives that act like ownership or profit-sharing).
- Work with HR to build compensation plans that keep employees from leaving.
- Identify high-risk employees (those likely to leave).
- Create targeted plans (pay adjustments, promotions, recognition).
- Recommend operational or compensation fixes to improve retention.
- You build structured training and growth plans, especially for Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs).
- Create skill frameworks specific to oncology research.
- Develop assessment methods to evaluate competency.
- Ensure staff meet clinical and regulatory standards.
- Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.
- Identify future leaders and prepare them for promotion.
- Ensure backup talent is ready for critical roles.
- Conduct ROI analysis and manage program budgets for training, stipends, and retention investments.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 5–8+ years (or equivalent) in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Talent Management. Industry experience in Healthcare or Clinical Research preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing talent and development programs, training academies, competency and retention programs.
- Familiarity with talent assessment tools, learning technologies, and HR analytics
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, presentation and communication skills
- Experience supporting large-scale change or transformation initiatives
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with Instructional Design, LMS and blended learning.
- Data-driven: experience building dashboards, analyzing HR metrics, and producing ROI-based recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and project management skills, and ability to build credibility with leadership.
