Location: Madera, CA
Job Type: Full-Time 2nd shift 2pm to 11;30pm
Pay 18hr
Summary/Objective
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Madera, CA. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining rotational molding machines and accessories. The operator will also perform preliminary post-production work on molded parts to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
Essential Functions

- Set up and break down molds, machines, and work areas to initiate production cycles
- Measure and feed plastic resin into molds
- Inspect finished products and remove excess flashing
- Troubleshoot and repair production-related issues
- Monitor machine functionality and ensure proper operation
- Maintain records of approved and defective units or final products
- Keep accurate activity logs
- Follow health and safety regulations, including consistent use of PPE
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in accordance with company housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
