Office Manager
Krause’s Hang Rite Wallcovering, Inc. is a family-owned construction company specializing in high-quality wallcovering solutions. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. This is an in-person role based out of our home office in Bonsall, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll, bookkeeping, and accounts receivable/payable using QuickBooks.
- Manage insurance documentation and renewals.
- Oversee material procurement, inventory management, and tracking.
- Respond to emails and assist with typing bids and proposals.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior office administration or bookkeeping experience (construction background a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
