Job Summary
The RN – Risk Management / Quality Improvement will support patient safety and quality initiatives within the healthcare facility. This role involves identifying potential risks, supporting quality improvement programs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and monitoring risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
Review and analyze patient safety incidents, complaints, and adverse events.
Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to patient safety and compliance.
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Participate in audits, reviews, and performance improvement activities.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous quality improvement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Experience in Risk Management, Quality Improvement, or Patient Safety preferred
