THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a Series A, venture-backed AI company (~20 people, founded 2024) building domain-specific AI that automates insurance workflows — submission intake, policy comparisons, and underwriting audits. This is a full-cycle enterprise seat with real revenue ownership and a technical founding team from top AI labs and tech companies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead through discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. Collaborate with SDRs and marketing on lead nurture. Understand prospect workflows and pain points to position the solution. Manage CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting. Contribute to messaging, positioning, and pricing.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 90 days: ramp on the product and insurance buyer, and build 3–4x pipeline coverage. First year: hit an ARR quota through new-logo acquisition, shorten cycle times, and forecast within ~20% accuracy while surfacing expansion.
MUST-HAVES
3+ years full-cycle closing as an Enterprise AE at seed-to-Series C startups; strong self-sourcing; accurate forecasting discipline.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Insurance, insurtech, or fintech experience; experience selling technical/AI products; early-stage GTM background.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$150K base (USD), $300K–$400K OTE, competitive equity. Visa sponsorship considered case-by-case.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
On-site 5 days/week in San Francisco or New York City (NYC preferred).
