Banker

Looking for a customer-focused banking professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment. This role blends new accounts, client service, and light teller support.

What You’ll Do
• Open and maintain consumer & business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trusts)
• Guide clients to the right products; cross-sell services based on needs
• Deliver exceptional in-branch and phone service
• Process teller transactions as needed; maintain accurate balancing
• Ensure compliance with BSA and all banking regulations
• Support branch goals through strong client relationships and referrals

What You Bring
• 2+ years of banking teller experience
• Experience opening consumer & basic business accounts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of BSA, account titling, and banking procedures
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems
• Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information
