Cybersecurity Team Lead (ISSM)
Location: Presidio of Monterey, CA (coordination with Fort Huachuca, AZ)
Clearance: Secret (TS/SCI eligibility preferred)
Overview: Leads cybersecurity operations and compliance to maintain accreditation.
Responsibilities:
- Direct RMF and accreditation processes.
- Oversee vulnerability scanning and remediation.
- Manage incident detection and response.
- Maintain ATO status and compliance reporting.
- Supervise cybersecurity staff and assign tasks.
Core Competencies:
- Cybersecurity program management
- Risk and vulnerability assessment
- Incident response
- Compliance leadership (ISSM/ISSO)
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
- Certifications: IAT II.
- Experience: 7+ years cybersecurity, with leadership.
- Technical Screening:
- RMF/ATO accreditation processes.
- SIEM and log analysis tools.
- Vulnerability scanning platforms.
- Incident handling and forensics.
