About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to join our executive leadership team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our global brand, driving revenue growth, and positioning our cutting-edge solutions at the forefront of the industry.

As a strategic leader, you'll align marketing efforts with corporate strategy, business development, and product innovation. You'll collaborate closely with sales teams and leverage our advanced satellite-based technology to help clients address critical infrastructure challenges such as water loss and hazardous water accumulation.

What You'll Do

Corporate Strategy & Market Positioning

Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans.
Collaborate with leadership across corporate strategy, business development, and product teams to identify new market opportunities.
Define competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches for emerging solutions.

Branding & Thought Leadership

Establish the company as a leader in satellite-based intelligence through branding, storytelling, and executive communications.
Drive public relations, analyst relations, and media outreach to enhance market visibility.
Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.

Business Development & Partnerships

Work closely with business development teams to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
Support federal and commercial sales teams with compelling enablement materials, case studies, and value propositions.
Develop targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to engage enterprise customers, government agencies, and global markets.

Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Execution

Lead product marketing efforts to translate complex solutions into compelling market-ready offerings.
Define market segmentation, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks tailored to key industries.
Ensure successful product launches through coordinated demand generation, content marketing, and sales enablement initiatives.

Growth & Demand Generation

Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies, including digital marketing, inbound/outbound campaigns, paid media, SEO, and events.
Optimize lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention through data-driven decision-making.
Implement and manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) to scale campaigns efficiently.

Leadership & Team Building

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and execution excellence.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment between marketing, sales, product, and business development.
Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure and optimize marketing impact.

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of senior marketing leadership in high-tech, aerospace, geospatial, AI, or SaaS industries.
Proven success in B2B marketing, corporate strategy, and enterprise sales enablement.
Strong expertise in product marketing, demand generation, and partner marketing.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with corporate strategy, business development, and product teams.
Experience with government, defense, and commercial market strategies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on public sector and water-related projects.
Knowledge of industrial water loss challenges and innovation-resistant environments.
Project management experience to oversee marketing initiatives.
Proven success in implementing new technologies and improving customer satisfaction.
Strong ability to advocate for innovative technologies and drive adoption.
Expertise in churn reduction and customer retention strategies.
