Brand designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate brand strategy and guidelines into strong concepts and creative solutions.
- Execute creative assets across print, digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
- Develop production-ready layouts with attention to typography, composition, and detail.
- Prepare presentations including mood boards, mockups, and creative decks.
- Provide art direction and feedback to external agencies and vendors under senior creative guidance.
- Uphold a high level of creative craft.
- Partner with Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriter, and Marketing teams to refine and execute ideas.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain organized files and adhere to production workflows for smooth handoffs and on-time delivery.
Skills:
- Strong multi-channel brand execution portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other presentation tools.
- Experience in print and digital design; social or experiential design is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) to support creative development.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and layout.
- Effective communication and collaborative mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and open to feedback.
Education/Experience:
- BA/BS/BFA in Graphic Design or MA/MFA in a related field.
- 4–6+ years in brand or graphic design (agency or in-house preferred).
