Maintenance Technician (PROPERTY MAINTENANCE)

-Pay: $21-23/hr DOE

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our housing community by ensuring apartments, buildings, and common areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

-Qualifications: • Experience in apartment, property, or building maintenance preferred. • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs. • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required.
