People & Growth Engagement Consultant – Marketing & Sales

What You’ll Do
You’ll bring your marketing, sales, or business development experience to help professionals explore programs that support growth and leadership development. You’ll:
- Share programs through digital and social platforms in a consultative, authentic way
- Conduct discovery conversations with motivated individuals
- Manage your own schedule (10–15 hrs/week recommended)
- Participate in weekly virtual development and strategy sessions
- Collaborate with a global network of like-minded professionals
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years full-time paid employment experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable with digital tools and online engagement
- Self-directed, organized, and results-oriented
- Based in Australia, New Zealand, USA, or Canada
