Senior Product Manager (San Francisco)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional design and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive the growth of our platform.

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Zero Hashs goals.
• Help define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from conception through launch, ensuring continuous delivery of valuable solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development.
• Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets, understanding challenges and opportunities in these sectors.

• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations effectively to executive management.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, actionable tasks.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to write SQL queries.
• Experience with testing and integrating APIs.
• Experience in crypto infrastructure with trading experience.
• Experience with FX systems and products.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
