Banker

Seeking an experienced Banker with at least 2 years in banking and hands-on account-opening experience. We’re looking for a solutions-focused professional who is passionate about helping clients reach their financial goals. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, open and manage consumer and business accounts, and recommend products that truly fit customer needs.

Responsibilities:
• Open and manage consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trusts, and Estate accounts
• Deliver personalized financial solutions through active listening and thoughtful product recommendations
• Step in to support teller transactions as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Contribute to branch growth by identifying opportunities for new business
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and all banking regulations, including BSA

Skills:
• 2+ years of banking experience, including account-opening expertise
• Strong background in teller operations and customer service
• Ability to meet client needs through consultative sales
• Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and core banking systems
