Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:

FreshTax is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team! You’ll speak with individuals who have already requested help with tax relief—no cold calling required. Your job is to build trust, collect key financial details, and schedule consultations with our senior Resolution Specialists.

Work Environment:

• Location: 100% on-site at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• We thrive on energy, collaboration, and a supportive, in-person culture.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
• Monthly Bonus: Average $2,000 - $4,000 based on performance.
• Annual Potential: $75,000 - $200,000+ for top performers.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with inbound leads seeking tax relief assistance.
• Qualify prospects and gather essential financial information.
• Set consultations for our senior Resolution Specialists.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-driven mindset.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• No prior sales experience required - comprehensive training provided.
