Lead the enhancement engine for one of the Central Coast's fastest-growing landscape companies.

This is not a single-branch project role. As Enhancements Manager, you own enhancement operations across our entire footprint: Watsonville, Monterey, and South San Jose. You set the standard for how enhancement work gets scoped, sold, scheduled, and built in every market we serve.

Enhancements are where our client relationships deepen and where real margin lives. You turn a walk-through observation into a sold project, a sold project into a clean install, and a clean install into the next opportunity. You sit at the center of sales and operations, and you make both better.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

The enhancement revenue across four markets

You carry the enhancement revenue budget and you are accountable for hitting it. You work shoulder to shoulder with Account Managers to find opportunities on every property we touch, develop the ideas during walk-throughs, and convert them into sold work. You track proposal activity and close rates, and you coach the pipeline forward.

Estimating and pre-construction that holds up

You build accurate takeoffs, scopes of work, production hours, and material lists. You make sure every estimate is constructable and priced right in Aspire before it goes out the door. When margin is at stake, you are the last set of eyes that says yes.

Execution that runs on time and on budget

You schedule crews across markets, balance workload, and sequence work orders so nothing stalls. You monitor job costs in real time, get to sites for quality and crew support, and lead the final walkthroughs and punch lists that close jobs clean.

Materials and vendor relationships

You source plant material, irrigation parts, and install materials, and you build the vendor relationships that get them delivered on time and at the right cost. You align procurement with the schedule so crews never wait on materials.

The team behind the work

You are the central point of contact between Account Managers, crews, and vendors. You hire, train, and coach enhancement team members, and you build the bench that lets enhancement work scale across all four markets.

A WEEK IN THE ROLE

Mondays you are reviewing the pipeline and the schedule across markets, deciding where crews go and which proposals need a push. Midweek, you are on properties: walking a Monterey HOA with an Account Manager to scope a planting renovation, checking a Watsonville install for quality, and pricing a South San Jose drainage project in Aspire. You are on the phone with vendors confirming material drops, and in Aspire, keeping job costs honest. By Friday, you are looking at what sold, what built, and what margin came in, and you are setting up next week to be better than this one.

No two weeks look the same. Every one of them moves enhancement revenue and quality forward.

WHERE THIS ROLE CAN TAKE YOU

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We care more about what you can own than the boxes you can check. The strongest candidate brings most of this:

• Ownership. You said you'd hit the number, so you hit the number. When something gets in the way, you communicate early and bring a solution, not just a problem.

• Field credibility. Three to five plus years in landscape construction or enhancement operations, enough that crews trust your judgment and clients trust your scope.

• The ability to run many things at once. Multiple projects, multiple crews, multiple markets, without dropping the details that separate good work from great.

• Communication that prevents surprises. You surface issues fast, confirm what was heard, and keep Account Managers, crews, and vendors aligned.

• Comfort with the tools. We run on Aspire. Experience with project management or estimating software is a strong plus, and fluency in Aspire will get you up to speed fast.

• A standard higher than “industry standard.” You sweat the edges, the lines, the finish work, and the margin.

Nice to have, not required: Bilingual (English/Spanish), QAL and/or PCA certification. If you don't have the certs yet, we will help you earn them. This role includes regular travel across our markets.
