Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine/Family Practice

Sign-on Bonus $20,000! We are seeking an experienced and dedicated physician to provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice services to patients in Apple Valley, CA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, promoting wellness, and supporting overall health through education and preventive measures. We have a robust, value-based healthcare model that focuses on our patients and our relationships.

This Full-Time position would be based out of our Apple Valey, CA clinic location.

Compensation & Benefits: $232,000 - 282,785, $20,000 sign-on bonus, plus full benefits package and annual incentive bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct patient interviews, examinations, and provide medical care and treatment.

Educate patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.

Provide referrals based on patient needs and clinical findings.

Participate in quality improvement, management, and continuing education programs.

Assist in resolving patient complaints, requests, and inquiries.

Ensure all patient information remains confidential in accordance with federal guidelines and regulations.

Complete daily documentation in electronic medical records.

Cover night calls as needed.

Traditional hours M-F as full time.

Requirements:

MD or DO degree.

Current, unrestricted medical licensure in the state of California.

Board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

Active DEA license.

For Health business unit positions, successful completion of a Tuberculosis test is required.
