YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT
Our IT Team is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer III responsible for the architecture, strategic direction, and advanced troubleshooting of enterprise IT infrastructure. This role is not only deeply technical but also strategic, influencing roadmaps, budgets, and technology adoption.
- Infrastructure Strategy & Architecture - Architect enterprise-wide infrastructure solutions across data centers, networking, virtualization, storage, and Active Directory. Lead large-scale initiatives such as WAN redesign, VMware enterprise modernization, or enterprise SaaS adoption. You are a key contributor to setting infrastructure standards, roadmaps, and technical policies. You assist in building infrastructure resiliency, compliance, and modernization initiatives that align IT capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Operations & Advanced Troubleshooting - Serve as an escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents by performing root cause analysis and design long-term remediations. Optimize enterprise-wide performance, availability, and monitoring, as well as ensuring seamless integration of infrastructure with business-critical applications.
- Training/Documentation – Establish and enforce infrastructure architecture documentation, system diagrams, and executive-level reporting. Mentor Engineers I & II by providing technical coaching and growth paths. Lead cross-functional trainings to ensure team understanding and infrastructures impact on the company.
HERE'S MORE OF THE NITTY-GRITTY
Our IT Infrastructure Engineer III possesses the following experience, skills and abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science, technology, or a related area with a master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
- Expertise in Windows Server architecture, Active Directory Forest/domain design, GPO strategy.
- Senior-level experience with enterprise networking.
- Advanced design and optimization of VMware clusters and enterprise storage platforms.
- Experience in leading large-scale migrations, data center modernization, or multi-site infrastructure rollouts.
- Advanced certifications such as VMware VCIX/VCDX, Cisco CCIE, Microsoft Expert-level certifications, CISSP preferred.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation
- Pay Range: $144,000.00 to $171,000.00 per year
- Discretionary Annual Bonus Plan
