Your work will streamline operations, enhance user experience, and shape the future of Cisco’s commerce platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the product vision and strategy for AI-powered commerce experiences, including direct business, ensuring alignment with Cisco’s broader business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new features and enhancements—from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and post-launch optimization—with a strong emphasis on AI integration.
  • Adoption Measurement: Track and analyze adoption rates for commerce and subscription products to advise ongoing improvements.
  • Agentic AI Implementation: Drive the identification, design, and successful deployment of Agentic AI solutions within commerce workflows, focusing on intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and adaptive decision-making for sellers, partners, and distributors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UX/UI, sales, channel, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders—including sales executives, channel leaders, and operational teams—to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Problem Solving & Solution Adoption: Identify operational bottlenecks and user problems within commerce processes and propose AI-driven solutions to drive simplification, automation, and an enhanced user experience.
  • Market & User Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and user research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for AI adoption in commerce.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success and impact of AI-driven commerce solutions, iterating based on data and stakeholder feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 9+ years of related experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on enterprise software, SaaS, or digital commerce platforms.
