Are you a detail-driven banking professional with experience in document imaging, records management, and compliance? Join a respected financial institution where you'll play a key role in managing critical documents and supporting operational excellence.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage document imaging, archiving, retrieval, and quality control
✅ Ensure processing deadlines and compliance standards are met
✅ Support document management projects and system improvements
✅ Maintain document storage, statements, reports, and offsite records
✅ Partner with internal teams on audits, regulatory requirements, and process enhancements

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience in document imaging, records management, or document management within banking
✔ Advanced knowledge of OnBase (Optima) Archival System
✔ Working knowledge of SQL and FIS Core System
✔ Familiarity with FOS Statement Output Service and banking operations
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, VBA, Microsoft Query, and User Forms
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
