BA Collective is hiring a marketing coordinator on a full- or part-time basis in Santa Monica, USA or remotely.

BA Collective (formerly Belzberg Architects), a Santa Monica-based architecture and interior design firm is looking for a marketing coordinator. This full time or contract position offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, professional, and fun environment.

Job responsibilities will include predominantly marketing-related efforts that advance the overall marketing functions of the firm:

• assist in the development of marketing “systems”, both physical and digital
• manage and coordinate all of the firm’s visual resource materials
• collect and maintain project documentation for the ongoing development of an internal information database and upkeep of all marketing materials, including filing digital and physical filing of materials
• coordinate and interface with external PR firm
• coordinate and interface with various publications and writers in the industry
• coordinate, write, edit, design, produce and assemble marketing information in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Qualification (RFQ) announcements, letters of interest (LOI’s) and requests for information packages (approximately 12 per year)
• coordinate presentation materials including brochures, booklets, and PowerPoint presentations
• coordinate and produce the writing, editing, design and production of collateral marketing materials, including RFQ’s and RFP’s, project sheets, resumes, consultant information, boiler plate information, brochures, announcements, etc.
• conduct research, assist in evaluation of, and manage deadlines for marketing-related events, award submittals and conferences on an ongoing basis
• facilitate implementation of the firm’s annual marketing plans including assistance with a marketing budget

• a team player that can mesh with the personalities of the firm (office culture is #1)
• flexible and reliable with a positive attitude, particularly in working with staff/leadership to meet deadlines
• a self-starter capable of managing projects (someone who brings ideas to the table
• can multi-task and follow through on projects
• has strong organizational skills with excellent time management and scheduling abilities
• has strong editing, proofreading, spelling and grammatical skills, including developed writing abilities
• computer proficiency in a variety of programs including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
• college experience (degree preferred) in English, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or design-related field, or experience within the architecture/engineering/construction industry
• a solid sense of graphic design principles (a design eye)
