Concierge Manager
Job Summary
A premier corporate property in West Hollywood, CA is seeking an experienced Concierge Manager to lead Front of House operations and deliver a polished, high-touch service experience for tenants, guests, vendors, and internal teams. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven property management environment. The Concierge Manager will oversee daily service operations, support and develop front-facing team members, coordinate with key vendor partners, and ensure the property maintains exceptional standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily Front of House operations, including lobby, concierge, rover, loading dock, package room, and amenities teams.- Lead staff scheduling, shift coverage, training, payroll coordination, PTO tracking, uniforms, and office inventory.
- Coordinate closely with custodial, valet, security, and other vendor partners to support smooth property operations.
- Maintain accurate operational documents, procedures, schedules, and updates in BuildingLink and OneDrive.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met for tenants, guests, and building stakeholders.
- Respond to operational needs, service issues, and staffing changes with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment. Compensation and Benefits - Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility is required based on business needs.
- One weekend day is required.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage Front of House operations and day-to-day service delivery across multiple property support teams.- Lead scheduling, payroll coordination, training, staffing coverage, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain seamless building operations and service standards.
- Support a professional, hospitality-focused experience for tenants, guests, and property stakeholders. - 5+ years of hospitality management experience in a corporate environment.
- Previous leadership or people management experience required.
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain composure in a high-touch service environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, schedules, documents, and operational updates.
- Professional presence and a service-first approach suitable for a premier corporate property. Preferred Qualifications - Luxury hospitality, hotel, or Class A commercial property experience.
- Experience using BuildingLink.
- Background managing concierge, amenities, lobby, package room, loading dock, rover, or similar Front of House teams.
- Experience coordinating with security, valet, custodial, or facilities vendors in a corporate property environment.
