2. Managing a diverse caseload of moderate to high complexity litigation matters.
3. Collaborating with senior attorneys to devise litigation strategies and develop case theories.
4. Researching and analyzing intricate legal issues and writing analytical memos for the team.
5. Representing clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
6. Providing timely updates to clients and maintaining a high level of client service.
7. Participating in business development efforts, including networking events and client meetings. Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must meet the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting. Warranty Defense or Lemon Law Experience a plus- Knowledge of automobiles a plus
3. Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
7. Proven track record of representing clients in court and achieving favorable results.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
