Henner Tank Lines, Inc., a premier fuel carrier, is hiring a Fuel Transportation Dispatcher to join our operations team in Vacaville. In this role, you’ll coordinate routes, support drivers, and ensure safe, efficient, and on-time fuel deliveries. As an employee-owned company, your contributions matter — and you share in our success.
What You’ll Do
• Assign loads to drivers, maximizing efficiency and minimizing deadhead miles.
• Manage schedules for high-volume accounts and adjust as needed.
• Handle driver and customer calls with professionalism.
• Enter and track loads in the dispatch system.
• Collaborate with team members during fast-paced shifts.
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of commercial trucking dispatch experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Adept at learning new systems
• Organized, calm under pressure, and customer-focused.
• Bay Area knowledge a plus.
