$96,000 - $135,000 per annum

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our remote finance team. This role will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts, helping leadership make informed business decisions across supported practices and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify variances
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial standards

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools)
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills
• Experience in healthcare or multi-location business environments
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification is a plus

• Ability to work standard business hours (Central Time preferred)
