  • Physical Hubs for Collaboration: Work, train, and meet clients out of our 5 physical office locations across Southern California: Newport Beach, Downey, Chino, Woodland Hills, and Victorville.

Who You Are

  • An active real estate professional with verified experience converting Zillow Preferred or similar live-transfer, high-intent platforms like Redfin, Rev Op, KBB, etc.
  • An agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to leverage a CRM to maintain a high conversion rate.
  • A professional who is generally satisfied with working high-intent leads but keeps an open mind to discovering better technology, stronger support, and improved take-home economics.

Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Real Estate License in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a residential real estate agent preferred (or a proven track record of sales success).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Desire to utilize advanced real estate technology and AI systems to scale your business.
Compensation:

$70,000 - $168,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Showcase expertise in listing and selling residential real estate, guiding clients through the entire process effectively.
  • Skillfully negotiate and finalize purchase agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms for buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare and present strong listing value propositions that emphasize the unique benefits you offer to sellers.
  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Dedicate yourself fully to clients, working diligently to ensure their satisfaction and success in the real estate market.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold an Active Real Estate License in California.
  • Must reside in close proximity to our Victorville office for training sessions and meetings.
  • Availability for a full-time commitment to work with both buyers and sellers as leads are generated.
  • Participation in a comprehensive 1-week training program aimed at ensuring success in the role.
  • Embrace a team-oriented approach where sharing knowledge is encouraged.
  • Display enthusiasm and thrive in a dynamic and energetic work environment.
