Job Description

Your Career

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead platform strategy within the Data Security team. The ideal candidate will define and drive a unified platform vision that delivers scalable value across our data security portfolio. This role requires close collaboration across UX, engineering, and cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative new modules that protect sensitive data.

Your Impact

  • Define, build, and deliver enterprise-grade products throughout the full product lifecycle—from gathering customer feedback and defining requirements, to prioritizing features, managing trade-offs, and driving execution with engineering.

  • Lead key product pillars within the Data Security team, scaling them with bold, forward-thinking strategies that bring innovation and disruption to the market.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of visibility and monitoring features. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

  • Collaborate across a global organization, partnering with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align product vision and execution.

  • Deeply understand the needs of data security practitioners, with the ability to connect with their workflows and use cases.

  • Serve as the product voice for both internal stakeholders and external customers, helping shape go-to-market strategies and address common user challenges.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • A seasoned product manager with 10+ years experience in building and launching products

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Security or SaaS-based security, with a strong understanding of key protection vectors—including Endpoint, Email, Browser, AI, Firewall, SASE and Cloud —and a clear vision for how these modules can work together to deliver a cohesive, integrated security strategy

  • Strong desire to take ownership of the full product lifecycle

  • Strong technical foundation—background in software development or research is preferred.

  • Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and solving complex customer problems.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and business audiences.

Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver innovative, market-shaping products.
  • Ownership mindset with a track record of managing products through their full lifecycle.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on approach—willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical/military experience.

Additional Information

The Team

To stay ahead of the curve, it’s critical to know where the curve is, and how to anticipate the changes we’re facing. For the fastest-growing cybersecurity company, the curve is the evolution of cyberattacks and the products and services that proactively address them. Our Product Management Team helps us do just that.

Our organization and employees are committed to changing as rapidly as our industry’s threats do, and to do that, we need creative product teams to address emerging cyber threats. They provide behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information on our products for our systems engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in, and helping to implement product-wide technical solutions based on our client’s feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $144,000 - $233,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here .

Our Commitment

We’re problem solvers that take risks and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. It’s simple: we can’t accomplish our mission without diverse teams innovating, together.

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for all qualified individuals with a disability. If you require assistance or accommodation due to a disability or special need, please contact us at [email protected] .
