SALES ASSOCIATES

If you’re passionate about people, driven by success, and ready to help customers find the RV of their dreams, our Sales Team is the perfect fit!

What You’ll Do:
• Manage the entire sales process from lead to delivery
• Guide customers through product selection and financing
• Provide exceptional service before and after the sale
• Build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Compensation & Growth:
• Average earnings of $7,800/month , selling an average of 10 units/month
• Paid training for your first 4 weeks
• Commission-based pay plan with unlimited earning potential
• Clear advancement opportunities — Sales Manager, Finance Manager, General Manager, and more

SERVICE TECHNICIANS

If you have experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical Repair, Maintenance, or Appliance Service , we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do:
• Diagnose and repair issues with RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems
• Perform preventive maintenance including oil changes, battery checks, and brake inspections
• Install accessories such as hitches, awnings, and backup cameras
• Track repairs and communicate with service advisors and managers
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of mechanical, maintenance, or technical repair experience (RV experience a plus)
• Ability to work with hand/power tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
