Estimator

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Estimator to join their client's team in California. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, contributing to the accurate estimation of project costs and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather necessary information.
• Researching and sourcing materials and subcontractor quotes.
• Reviewing and analyzing data to assess material, labor, and time requirements.
• Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on estimation findings.
• Ensuring that all estimates are completed in a timely manner and align with company standards.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in relevant estimation software and tools is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Salary Range: $30 - $35 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Location: California
• Travel: Approximately 0% travel time
