We're setting a new standard in non-emergency ambulance transport-with AI-assisted dispatching, power gurneys, auto-load systems, Mobile Data Terminals, and AEDs on every rig.

Now we're looking for an experienced EMT Field Training Officer (FTO) to help mentor and guide the next generation of EMTs.

Position: EMT Field Training Officer (FTO)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ambulance experience

• Current EMT certification

• Current CPR certification at BLS level

• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and ambulance driver's license

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Passion for mentoring and supporting new EMTs

What You'll Do

• Train, mentor, and evaluate new EMTs in the field

• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and transport

• Provide constructive feedback and guidance

• Be a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care
