Bass Athletics is looking for motivated, sports-minded individuals to join our team as Performance Coaches — no formal experience required.

If you're a former athlete looking for an environment that values fun, authenticity, and growth, this is your shot to build a career doing what you love.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead small-group training sessions (up to 10 athletes per group)

• Teach speed, agility, and strength using our proven training system

• Get certified as a Bass Performance Coach

• Work hands-on with youth athletes and help them level up

• Bring energy, lead with confidence, and build future champions

What We're Looking For:

• Athletic background

• Ability to demonstrate movement and speed techniques

• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment

• Strong communicator who can connect with athletes and parents alike

• Passionate about helping others grow

• Coachable and ready to learn from experienced professionals

Position Details:

• Part-time with potential to grow into full-time

• $18/hour + Tips

• High school diploma required

• Based in Corona, CA

• Must be available for evening and/or weekend sessions
