Job Summary:

As an Driving Team Lead, it is your responsibility to execute the safe and efficient transportation of both guests and employees to and from designated pickup and drop-off locations, as well as maintain a friendly and positive attitude every day, with all guests and employees. Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.59 / hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
• Skill Level: Advanced
• Other Specifics: Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement is required

Transportation is seeking dynamic individuals with superior guest service skills. Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of commercial vehicles, hosting a timely and enjoyable transportation experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check fluids, tires and general condition before and after each run and keep vehicles clean.
• Install and remove tire chains as needed.
• Safely transport guests while adhering to scheduled routes in accordance to departmental guidelines.

• Ability to operate different types of commercial vehicles in all weather conditions.

• Accurate completion of pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Elevate an “Experience of a Lifetime” to all guests.
• Must be able to share company and resort knowledge with guests.
• Participate in regular safety and employee meetings and complete continuous training provided by company.
• Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes.
• Support training as needed by helping new drivers understand our operations.
• Become an expert in your role and lead by example.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Must pass Pre-employment Drug screening
• Valid US Commercial Driver's License, Class A or B with air brake and passenger endorsements
• 5 years prior CDL driving experience
• 5 years prior customer service experience
• High School Diploma
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

The expected pay range is $23.00 - $29.59. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
