About the Position
description :
Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
requirement :
Night shift 17:00 5:30, 36 hours/week, with weekend rotation. Unit wears solid color scrubs. ACLS required. PALS preferred/optional for 1st contract, but must be attained by traveler if traveler extends for additional contracts.Auto OfferEducation and Work Degree in Nursing (BSN): PreferredAcute care facility experience: PreferredLicenses/ Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: RequiredDepartment Specific License/ Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS) or RQIPALS: RequiredAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS) or RQIACLS: Required
