About the Role :

The Product Manager will be at the center of WerQ AI’s product strategy, translating our core pillars—agentic AI, gamification, and skill development—into actionable roadmaps. You’ll coordinate closely with engineering, design, AI/data teams, and external partners to build a unified product that delights users, drives engagement, and transforms how people approach career growth.

Responsibilities :

• Develop & Refine Product Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning key stakeholders on product goals and success metrics.
• Feature Prioritization: Define, prioritize, and sequence features that balance user impact, technical feasibility, and strategic business value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and AI teams to define requirements, ensure smooth execution, and align on milestones.
• User Feedback Integration: Interface with pilot users, partner companies, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and translate it into continuous improvements.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Track market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to guide product enhancements and maintain a unique value proposition.
• Launch & Roll-Out: Plan and coordinate product launches, ensuring seamless communication and training for internal teams, customers, and partners.

What You Can Do (Experience & Expertise) :

• Product Leadership: Experience in a Product Management role, ideally within SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
• Technical Literacy: Comfortable discussing technical requirements (APIs, data pipelines, ML workflows) with engineering teams.
• Roadmapping & Prioritization: Proven track record of developing product roadmaps with user-centric KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban, sprint planning, and release management.
• User Research & Feedback Loops: Experience gathering user feedback and incorporating insights into product iterations.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to analyze product metrics, user behavior, and market trends to drive feature strategy.

Salary

$140,000 - $170,000
