Our San Lorenzo facilities are currently looking to add a talented Accounting Assistant to our team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and full-cycle accounting. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment with meaningful impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and financial statements.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data.
• Maintain compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulations.
• Contribute to audits and other financial reviews as required.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the accounting function.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Bachillerato en Contabilidad).
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience .
• Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Full-time availability.
