One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Manager, Privileged Access Management in California .

As a Product Manager focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM), you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a key product line in the identity and access security space. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to shape and deliver innovative PAM solutions that address enterprise security needs. The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex customer challenges into scalable, cloud-based solutions. This is a unique opportunity to own a critical product area and make a measurable impact in a fast-growing tech environment.

Accountabilities:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan for the PAM product line
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable solutions based on customer needs
• Lead competitive analysis, positioning, and value proposition development for target segments
• Engage with internal teams and partners to develop pricing, packaging, and unified messaging
• Gather customer and market feedback to drive continuous product improvements
• Develop ROI models and business cases for new features and enhancements
• Partner with field teams to close feature gaps through ongoing product releases

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Solution Management
• Proven domain expertise with Privileged Access Management products (e.g., CyberArk, Thycotic, BeyondTrust)
• Hands-on implementation experience at an architect level or above with PAM solutions
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Strong ability to turn complex, ambiguous concepts into scalable product offerings
• Demonstrated track record of delivering business impact through product innovation
• Skilled in navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and influencing cross-functional teams
