Position Overview
OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

• Compensation: Listed pay of $30 to $45 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.
• Cash Incentives : Customer referrals, employee referrals and regular performance reviews with potential pay increases.
• Direct Career Track: Six-month track to become a Head Fitness Coach with pay increase.

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they arent
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification. You can work on attaining these outside of work hours if we choose to hire you.
