Position Overview:
The Service Supervisor role at Advanced IPM is a critical leadership position that demands strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of professionalism and ethics. In this role, you will provide leadership and support to our service team, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients.
The total annual compensation for this position is approximately $70,000, which includes a base salary and performance-based bonuses. The exact amount may vary depending on individual performance and company resultsKey Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and develop service team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure all vehicles, equipment, and materials meet company standards.
- Support the Branch Manager in managing staffing levels and meeting operational goals.
- Drive team growth, performance, and profitability.
- Foster a culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous improvement, aligning with our "Service Before Self" values.
- Oversee scheduling, rotations, and service completion, while maintaining office hours.
- Monitor and resolve customer service issues, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to company protocols through regular quality control checks.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and physical examination.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl, and lift for extended periods.
- Branch 2 Field Rep. License required.
- Within a year of employment, acquire the QAL and Branch 3 Field Rep. License .
