Job Description
Join the CV Tele North team at a top facility in Concord, CA! We are seeking a skilled PCU/Stepdown RN to care for patients recovering from cardiac interventions and complex surgical procedures. This is a fast-paced, telemetry-driven environment where your expertise will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients in a PCU/Stepdown setting
- Provide care for post-cardiac intervention patients (PCI, AICD implants)
- Manage complex post-surgical thoracic and esophageal cases
- Interpret telemetry and respond to cardiac changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Requirements
- Active California RN License
- Minimum 2+ years of strong PCU/Stepdown experience
- BLS & ACLS required
- NIHSS preferred
