The Construction Foreman is a field-based project installation management role responsible for the successful execution of projection domes and LED CX-Display installations at customer sites, both domestically and internationally. This role is accountable for quality, schedule, and budget on every project.

This hands-on working Foreman leads through planning, clear delegation, daily visual management, and consistent coaching. Success in this role is defined by the performance of the team. This person sets the standard for how work gets done, holds the team to that standard, and develops individuals to reach it.

This person has managed complex field installations, worked alongside general contractors and third-party trades, and delivered projects on time, on budget, and at the right quality level. They have a continuous improvement mindset, look for better ways to work, and share what they learn with the team.

Responsibilities:

  Project & Field Management

  • Report project status to the home office on a regular cadence, including schedule, budget, quality, and any risks requiring escalation.
  • Conduct a formal acceptance review with the customer at project close. Ensure all required documentation is completed, signed, and submitted.

  Quality Oversight

  • Complete and submit the Installation Services Performed form at project close.

  Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, direct, and mentor both Cosm crew and locally hired labor throughout the installation.
  • Assign tasks based on individual skill level. Coach team members to improve. Recognize strong performance and address poor performance directly and promptly.
  • Prepare and approve time sheets for all crew members.
  • Evaluate crew performance. Recommend remedial action or removal of locally hired workers who do not meet company standards.

  Resource & Logistics Coordination

  • Manage procurement of materials and consumables needed on site. Track expenditures against the project budget.
  • Direct loading, unloading, and staging of delivery vehicles and materials at the job site.
