About this role:

In this role you will be supporting end to end recruiting from sourcing interviewing scheduling and making hiring decisions within a complete full life cycle recruiting process.

This is a contract position for 4 months

This role is 5 days onsite in Fremont CA

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Regional Operations business leaders and managers to become a subject matter expert in delivery and logistics hirings
• Lead delivery and logistics hiring through administering job postings and applicant tracking databases tracking recruiting data and coordinating the hiring processes
• Work closely with cross functional team to broaden channels for driver hiring; leverage various platforms and channels to identify candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates
• Full cycle recruiting activities from identifying the right talents interviewing providing recaps candidate data collection and offering
• Serve as the Weee!s cultural evangelist. Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships
• Meticulously track and maintain up to date and compliant record of candidate pipelines in our ATS (Greenhouse and Fountain)
• Implement and execute recruiting programs to attract top talent
• Report timely recruiting progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree with 2 years of sourcing/full-cycle recruiting experience (1099/IC experience preferred)
• Experience and proficiency in Google Suite ATS and job posting platforms such as Indeed handshake and LinkedIn.
• Professional communication with all candidates considering candidate experience while embracing our culture values and vision
• Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to change take initiative and showcase curiosity learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starting scrappy and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal to no guidance
• Extremely strong attention to details
• Interested in stretching out to cover wider range recruitment projects

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the transportation industry and/or prior driver recruitment experience is a plus

Compensation Range

• The US annual base salary range for this full-time contract position is $80000 - $95000
• This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus incentives and benefits
• Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location

Within the range individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills experience and work locations.
