We strive to provide our Mementors (anyone employed by the Memento Mori Hospitality group—Jame Enoteca, Ospi Venice, Ospi Brentwood, Jemma Hollywood, Ospi Costa Mesa, ¡Jaime! Taqueria, Ospi Montecito, and Ospi Dallas) with the same level of hospitality that we offer each guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations
• Hire, train, and develop new hires
• Provide direct and non bias feedback
• Department management and inventory
• Teach and learn one new skill everyday
• Grow the business by 1% everyday

Salary DOE, $75,000-$90,000
