HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary)

CenCal Health is looking for a dynamic administrative professional to assist our HR and Talent Teams on a short-term basis. The duration of this assignment is 5 months but could be extended based on department needs. If you have strong administrative skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, we'd love to talk to you. Prior HR or TA experience is a plus!

This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days working in our HR office in Santa Barbara. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home the remainder of the week!

Responsibilities:

• Supports human resources processes by scheduling interviews and maintaining records and information.
• Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
• Organizes work.
• Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Prior experience in human resource roles is preferred
