Senior Software Engineer

Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable APIs and platform features for web and mobile applications.
- Drive expansion of design systems to unify UI/UX across products.
- Implement and launch integrations with critical data suppliers.
- Develop and productize advanced data models and new scoring attributes.
- Advance architectural enhancements to support new use cases and platform scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborate proactively with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, ideally in high-growth or early-stage startups.
- Strong proficiency in modern software technologies with the ability to quickly adapt to the tech stack (Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS).
- Proven ability to independently solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading end-to-end ownership of significant technical initiatives.
- Passion for mentoring and advancing engineering culture.
- Competitive salary range between $192,950 - $234,900 USD per year (depending on experience and qualifications).
