Senior Software Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable APIs and platform features for web and mobile applications.
• Drive expansion of design systems to unify UI/UX across products.
• Implement and launch integrations with critical data suppliers.
• Develop and productize advanced data models and new scoring attributes.
• Advance architectural enhancements to support new use cases and platform scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate proactively with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, ideally in high-growth or early-stage startups.
• Strong proficiency in modern software technologies with the ability to quickly adapt to the tech stack (Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS).
• Proven ability to independently solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading end-to-end ownership of significant technical initiatives.
• Passion for mentoring and advancing engineering culture.
