Sales Consultant

About the Role

FreshTax is looking for motivated Sales Consultants to help clients tackle their tax challenges with confidence. You’ll talk with people who have already requested our services , understand their needs, and connect them with personalized solutions.

This is a consultative, inbound sales role —perfect if you enjoy helping others and want a high-income career.

Work Environment:

• Location: 100% on-site at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• We thrive on collaboration, energy, and in-person teamwork—remote work is not available.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $17 – $19 per hour.
• Monthly Bonus: $2,500 – $5,000+ based on performance.
• Annual Earnings Potential: $80,000 – $200,000+.

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with inbound leads who have requested FreshTax’s services.
• Ask strategic questions to uncover client needs and eligibility.
• Recommend next steps and schedule consultations with Resolution Experts.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize conversions and client experience.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable mindset.
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required— we provide full training.
