- Administer reports and dashboards for pipeline health and design win rates; Establish consistent KPI definitions and structured reporting cadence.
- Lead user enablement and adoption: Provide on-going training and support to ensure effective use of SFDC tools and processes. - Translate business needs into solutions through clear requirement gathering and documentation (BRD). Communicate requirements with IT and oversee through UAT and end user training and adoption.
- Partner in the transition of lead tracking functionality from the custom-built tool to Salesforce.
- Monitor SFDC Case activity (e.g., response times, cycle times, approval latency) and deploy automation to streamline workflows and accelerate resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Prepare presentations for customer reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with senior management, presenting SFDC insights and design-win (DWIN) metrics to support decision-making. Ensure all actions and follow-ups from reviews are tracked and completed.

- Data governance and hygiene: deduplication, required-field enforcement, and territory/account hierarchy management (Enterprise Territory Management)
